A workplace injury can be stressful — not just physically, but with the paperwork, insurers and uncertainty about getting back to work. At Aevum, we manage the clinical side so you can focus on recovery. We treat the injury with evidence-based physiotherapy and coordinate clearly with your employer, insurer and treating doctors throughout.

We treat injuries covered under NSW workers compensation, providing the structured rehabilitation and documentation the scheme requires.

Once your claim is approved and you have a referral, we'll complete a thorough initial assessment and develop a treatment plan aligned with your certificate of capacity. From there we provide:

• Hands-on treatment and progressive exercise rehabilitation
• Regular progress reporting to your insurer and case manager
• Functional and work-capacity assessments
• Graduated return-to-work planning in partnership with your employer
• Liaison with your GP and any specialists involved in your care

Research consistently shows that staying connected to work — where safe and appropriate — leads to better recovery outcomes than prolonged time away. Our role is to make that return safe and sustainable, building your capacity so you don't simply return, but return resilient. We have full gyms at both clinics and access to advanced equipment including the AlterG anti-gravity treadmill to support a graded return to physical work.
