Aevum Kids

Building rapport, building milestones.

Aevum Kids provides a fun and challenging program to help children achieve their goals and thrive within their surroundings. We've created a beautiful, inviting space where each child can be supported to reach their unique milestones.

Sessions are play-led — whether that's learning to roll and sit independently, preparing for school, or building sports-specific performance. Therapists use play therapy to keep kids engaged so each visit becomes something they look forward to.

Custom equipment

Including the Motek C-Mill VR.

We have paediatric-specific equipment and technology to support both physiotherapy and exercise physiology. Our Motek C-Mill VR combines a precision-controlled walking surface with immersive virtual and augmented reality — turning gait, balance and coordination training into something children genuinely enjoy. Projected games and real-time challenges keep them engaged while we work on walking patterns, stepping accuracy and confidence, all in a safe, supported environment.

In the gym

Engaging upper-limb and cognitive work with the Tyromotion Myro.

The Tyromotion Myro turns therapy into play — an interactive surface that responds to touch and movement, keeping children motivated while we build upper-limb strength, coordination and cognitive skills together.

What to expect

Your child's first appointment.

An initial assessment runs around one hour — enough time for the physio and your child to get to know each other. Bring any relevant medical reports along.

The session takes place in the Aevum Kids gym, with age-appropriate toys and games to help your child settle in. We ask questions about your concerns and history, then engage in a physical assessment through play.

You may leave with a home exercise program of activities to try at home.

Our space

A room built for little milestones.

We've designed a bright, welcoming paediatric space full of equipment, colour and room to move — so every visit feels like play, not a clinic.

Is paediatric physiotherapy covered by NDIS?
