Physiotherapist since 2006, exercise physiologist by first training, and the founder of Aevum Health — treating the cause of your pain, not just the symptom.

Aaron Babb has been a practising physiotherapist since 2006, and in 2007 he founded Aevum Health & Physiotherapy — now one of the premier allied health groups in the Sutherland Shire, with clinics in Kirrawee and Helensburgh.
His path into physiotherapy is a little unusual, and it shapes how he works. Aaron trained first as an exercise physiologist, completing a Bachelor of Applied Science in Exercise Physiology at the University of Sydney before going on to complete his Master of Physiotherapy. That grounding in the science of human movement and loading is why Aevum's approach leans so heavily on active rehabilitation — building genuine, lasting resilience rather than only easing symptoms in the moment.
Over almost twenty years he has treated the full spectrum of musculoskeletal and sports presentations, and has a particular interest in runners and cyclists — the reason Aevum invested in a 3D motion-capture laboratory for running gait analysis, 3D bike fitting and VO2 max testing.
Listen first. Find the driver. Then treat the cause.
